THE CHALLENGE :
LBC’s Living London Awards celebrate the capital’s living legends. The barista who makes your coffee just how you like it. The landlord who makes you feel like you’re in a home from home. You get the idea. LBC hosts invited listeners to cast their votes, but needed to make some added noise. Trouble is, LBC didn’t have an enormous budget.
THE CAMPAIGN :
Using London’s famous blue plaques as inspiration, we created a scrap-art-style press campaign to make the budget stretch as far as it possibly could. This was followed up with a DM pack that brought the good news to the shortlisted. But not any old DM pack. After all, if you’re up for an award, you’re going to need something to polish it with.
